RICHCO-SPACE Pte Ltd owns RICHCO-SPACE (“us”, “we”, RICHCO-SPACE, or “our”) operates the RICHCO-SPACE web & mobile application (the or our “Service”). 

Your privacy is of utmost importance to RICHCO-SPACE. 

This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes the Personal Data which RICHCO-SPACE collects about you  through your use of the Services. It also sets out how RICHCO-SPACE uses, discloses and protects your data. 

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection  and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy,  terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of use.

This Policy applies to all Personal Data collected and processed online by RICHCO-SPACE through your use of  our Services via RICHCO-SPACE and its website.

Where it is reasonably considered necessary for the purpose of providing you with our services, we will  collect certain identifiable personal information (“Personal Data”) about you that can be used to contact  or identify you. Personal identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Mailing and residential addresses

NRIC

Photo etc.; and  

information about your usage of and interaction with RICHCO-SPACE mobile application, including frequency  of use, the originating domain name of your internet service provider, statistics on page views, cookies  and IP addresses.

4. How we use your Personal Data 

Your Personal Data is generally processed by us as necessary for purposes directly related to our  Services which also include mortgage advisory RICHCO-SPACE provides as a mortgage broker. These include any one or more of the following purposes: 

•  to provide and maintain the Services that you would require either as a mortgage borrower, property owner and property buyer;
• to send you notifications that the Services provide and marketing messages in relation to our Services; to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services when you choose to do so;
   
• to conduct marketing activities including market research, customer profiling, customer insights and  targeted marketing activities;
   
• to carry out profiling and statistical analysis to improve the Services provided to you;
• to notify you about changes to our Service policies, terms and conditions, application updates and  other administrative information;
• to prevent, detect and investigate crime, including fraud, and analyzing and managing other
  risks;  to conduct surveys, questionnaires and requests for feedback; 
• to respond to your queries, requests, feedback and complaints;
• to meet the requirements of any applicable laws/regulations, enforceable governmental request or  court order;
• to detect, prevent or otherwise address security or technical issues in connection with the Services by  us;
•  to fulfill such other purposes as may be specified in a data protection and privacy notice given to you at  the time your Personal Data is collected. 

Transfer of Data 

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers  located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data  protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. 

If you are located outside Singapore and choose to provide information to us, please note that we  transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Singapore and process it there. 

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your  agreement to that transfer.

While we strive to use commercially and  technically acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee it is absolutely secured and we therefore are unable to guarantee the security or integrity of any Personal Data which is  transferred from you or to you via our mobile application and or site. We will use reasonable technical  and procedural measures to safeguard your Personal Data, for example by: 

 ensuring that access to any personal account you have with us is controlled by a password and  username which are unique to you; 

 storing your Personal Data on secured servers; and 

 restricting access to Personal Data on a ‘need to know’ basis. 

Third Parties 

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf in  accordance with our instruction and we impose strict obligations upon them to maintain the integrity  and confidentiality of that data.

Analytics 

We use third-party Google Analytics, a third-party Service Provider, to monitor and analyze the use of  our Service. 

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.  Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with  other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its  own advertising network.

6. Links to other Sites  

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third’s party  link, you will be directed to that third party’s site and you will be subject to their privacy policies. We  strongly advise you to review the privacy policies on the other sites you visit. We have no control over  and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third’s party sites or  services. 

7. Data Retention 

Subject to compliance to law enforcement agencies and/or Court’s order, your Personal Data and  historical transactions will continue to be stored by us in our secured servers and these can only be  accessed by authorized personnel in accordance with strict instruction. Unless at your request to  expunge your record and Personal Data, we will retain your Personal Data when the purposes for which  we collected your Personal Data have not ceased and we are required to continue retaining your  Personal Data for any legal or business purposes. You may request access to, and correction of your  Personal Data, held by us by contacting us at the contact details set out in section 15 of this Policy. All  requests for access and/or correction will be processed within a reasonable time except where we  refuse such requests in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information  automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device  unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile  Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain  information.
