- How we use your Personal Data
Your Personal Data is generally processed by us as necessary for purposes directly related to our Services which also include mortgage advisory RICHCO-SPACE provides as a mortgage broker. These include any one or more of the following purposes:
- to provide and maintain the Services that you would require either as a mortgage borrower, property owner and property buyer;
- to send you notifications that the Services provide and marketing messages in relation to our Services; to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services when you choose to do so;
- to conduct marketing activities including market research, customer profiling, customer insights and targeted marketing activities;

Subject to compliance to law enforcement agencies and/or Court’s order, your Personal Data and historical transactions will continue to be stored by us in our secured servers and these can only be accessed by authorized personnel in accordance with strict instruction. Unless at your request to expunge your record and Personal Data, we will retain your Personal Data when the purposes for which we collected your Personal Data have not ceased and we are required to continue retaining your Personal Data for any legal or business purposes. You may request access to, and correction of your Personal Data, held by us by contacting us at the contact details set out in section 15 of this Policy. All requests for access and/or correction will be processed within a reasonable time except where we refuse such requests in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations
