Target Amount
Target amount always consists of both cash and mortgage. You (the host) may simply provide an estimated purchase price of the property.

You may indicate the desired cash and mortgage amount in the description. 

Type
Private –
1) Generally, it is mainly for inviting family members, friends, and business partners as co-investor.
2) As the host of Private pooling, your pooling initiative will not be publicized.

1) Your pooling initiative will be publicized.
2) You may share the pooling initiative on other social media platforms.

Shortlisted Property
You may host a Pooling with or without a shortlisted property. If you have shortlisted a few properties, you may create another Pooling. If the Pooling is about investing in a few neighboring units of shops or offices, you may just create a Pooling session.  
We strongly recommend to host a Pooling with a shortlisted property.

Pre & Post Investment
Pre-investment period is defined as:
From the starting of the Pooling session till the Sale & Purchase Agreement is signed by both buyer and seller parties or before the incorporation of an investment holding company, whichever is earlier. 
During the Pre-investment period, co-investors shall together meet the following milestones:
1) The investment rules
2) Share distribution
3) Mortgage application & offer acceptance
4) Viewing of the property
5) Confirmation of the deal
6) Incorporation of investment holding company.

Post-investment period is defined as:
If there incorporation of investment holding company
