Behind the scenes, all co-investors are categorized into FOUR categories or quadrum based on their cash and borrowing capacity. Our system always continues to work in creating an array of combinations to respective users.
As a prospective co-investor like you, we will bring to you a few combinations of different co-investors or Pooling projects which potentially meet your criteria and financial profile.
Our algorithm is smart enough to do:
1. Keep the number of people of each combination low.
2. To ensure each of the combinations with collective financial strength, cash + borrowing capacity close to or surplus the target amount if a Pooling is successfully formed.
You may also view the real-time financial gap of the formed Pooling. Your financial capacity (cash + borrowing capacity) should be able to fill up the gap. You may just make a join request and start a fruitful discussion with the Pooling Host and the rest of co-investors.
