How it works?

Browse Pooling Project
(Registered as user is required)Newly created PUBLIC pooling projects are with target funding amount and with or without shortlisted property. You will be able to see the funding status as well.

Request to Join the Pooling
After you select the pooling project, you may request to join the pooling project3
Acceptance
The host of the pooling project will accept or reject your joining request.4
Compute Share Amount
The host of the pooling project will compute the share amount depending on respective individual’s financial strength and contribution.5
Entering Co-investment Agreement
Once all individual investors are satisfied the collective financial strength, the group shall enter into a co-investment agreement. The group will turn into PRIVATE group. No more investors could join the group.6
Purchase Property & Mortgage Application
The group will then form a investment holding company, with the agreed share value, as the vehicle to hold the property and mortgage borrower (if there is a need).Host a Public Pool
