– Bank representative will call you to verify the submission.
– Further discussion may required

Follow up & Status update

RCS will follow up your mortgage application.

Approval

Once the mortgage approved, we will inform you the name of the bank representative.

Set Appointment

The bank representative who handles your case will fix appointment with you.

Acceptance of LO

You will have a physical meeting with the bank representative for the signing of the bank Letter-of-Offer.
