a) We, RICHCO-SPACE, do not guarantee the success of any Pooling project.

b) We only provide the host and co-investors of your Pooling project a platform and guideline for a property co-investment project. We shall not be liable for any dispute among the parties involved in the Pooling project.

c) We are not responsible for any cost involved in the Pooling project. The host and the co-investors shall be responsible for all costs, including but not limited to, legal fee, valuation fee, incorporation fees etc.
